I need some encouragement does anyone have before & after pics that you can post ? We talk to you guys everyday would like to see them . We already seen dougs & umpas . I would put mine up but you cant tell yet LOL

A LITTLE DIFFERENCE:( are you kidding i went from a tight 44" waist to a very very loose 38" waist:) and the before pic was after i had lost 20lbs>>>> i refused to take a pic at the height of my lardness:)
