Well, after far to long, we have finally stopped camping and travelling and I have access to a kitchen again!  ;D
(I tried as best I could to stick to low carbs but it didn't go to well. I managed to lose just over 3lbs in the 8 weeks... at least I didnt gain anything lol  ;) )
So now my almond bread is baked, crustless quiches ready and many more recipes to make up, yay! 
Here's to getting back on track and FTS!

Thanks everyone!  Yes Doug, it was an amazing experience  :)  We travelled through the center of Australia and saw Ayers Rock (Uluru) and Alice Springs, crossed the Great Central Road and saw wild camels along the way.  The red dirt of the Outback has mountains and rocks forming hues of blues and purples against blue skies.  Truely beautiful!  We're now back in Queensland just South of the Great Barrier Reef, opposite the Keppel Islands... home for a while.    ;D

Somehow it doesntseem so scary in slow-motion, but we were just chatting to a local of Yeppoon today that said even though there were shark nets here, to be careful swimming... and crocodiles too... lovely  ::)

I love your pics! What a great adventure!The coastline shots were beautiful! But I gotta tell you the guy pulling the helicopter behind his RV made us chuckle! :D
