Hi guys! Well, I FINALLY made it to the 200 mark! I never thought I'd get there in a million years! Our oldest son went from 314 and weighed in at 296! Not sure about Justin, he's not awake YET!! lol...Husband went from 345 to 258!! My 18 petites are falling off of me! I have to wear a belt!! So cool. Never thought in my adult life, I would wear "anything" petite! And the cool thing is, unlike the "Other" diets, fads, etc...we are literally NOT starving! By any means!
Thank you Doug and Umpa for all the research you do and for helping us to see the light! Just wish the rest of the world would come around!

WAHOOO! I am SO happy for you! yay! How exciting ;) some of my friends and family are like, who loses weight during the holidays?? FTS people do! yeah!

Thanks y'all! and Zombiegirl, yep you're right! f2s people loose weight during the holidays, while everybody else eats carbs!!
