I bought the first book at Barnes and Nobles, are the new books and cookbooks there also?

I know they're at Amazon and I'm sure they are probably anywhere good books are sold. :)

The new book is available as hard copy, but the cookbooks are only digital - available at www.fattoskinny.com. They're going to be VERY popular after tomorrow.

Hi Tony...yes you are right , i have not been on for about a year...I guess i was'nt ready but after gaining more weight this year and doing damage to my body i am ready....this is going to be my year to get this weight off and get healthy.

Good for you, Von, for putting yourself first this year!  You won't regret it.

Read the book and frequent the boards often for support.  I've only been on FTS for a week and the folks here are the most friendly and supportive I have ever seen on a forum.  We're all here to support you on your journey!  :)
