Hello Doug,
Thank you for putting together the books and this site.
I have lost over 30 lbs more importianly I have kept it off for over one year.
In the past I have tried everything to loose weight including running in marathons.

My question can you put how to videos (i.e. how to make this recipe) in this forum?

This forum isn't set up to allow video uploads yet however I'm working on it. Were their any specific videos you wish to upload? Are they already uploaded to another site such as You Tube or Matacafe?
