How chewy is the beef jerky? Is it easy to eat?

If you cut the meat against the grain like I show you in the video it's very easy to eat.

That's very good to know. I have gum disease as a result of the diabetes and my teethe are loose so some things I just cant eat. I was hoping this would be one of them.

When you dry the meat don't dry it too much, keep it pliable....make sure to re fridgerate, damn diabetes.

love the idea of havnig beef jerky, but where the heck can I find sugar free teriyaki sauce? I would hope to just go to a store, but if I must order it then point me in the right direction. I have tried walmart, homeland, crest foods, target. no luck
