Triple Chocolate Cake

Triple Chocolate Cake

Here is an absolutely delicious sugar free fudgey chocolate cake with creamy chocolate frosting sprinkled with homemade chocolate morsels     IT IS SOOOOOO GOOD!!!  

3.38 carbs per serving

Pre heat oven to 350 grease 2 eight inch rounds (i used a bundt pan because I didn't have cake pans)
One cup xylitol or 48 drops of FAT TO SKINNY Zero Sweetener
1 ¾ cup soy flour
¾ cup  unsweetened cocoa
1 ½ tsp baking powder
1 ½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
One cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
½ cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract


Mix dry ingredient
Add wet one by one mixing between wet ingredients  after all ingredients are added mix 3 minutes
Pour into pan 2 eight inch rounds
Bake for  30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Let Cool
 Frosting
2 boxes of cream cheese
1/4 cup chocolate coffee syrup(or what flavor you like)
2 packs stevia or 4 drops of FAT TO SKINNY Zero Sweetener
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
Soften cream cheese while cake is cooling.Put cream cheese in mixer and beat well.Add rest of ingredients and whip in mixer to desired consistency.If frosting is too thick add more syrup )Spread on cake.

My mouth is literally watering after reading that recipe!!! Dang, I can't wait to try it. Poor poor us who live our lives on this DIET of deprivation... ha ha ha ha NOT so so so NOT!!!!!

This was the birthday cake i did for southcarolina lady.You can really cut back the frosting to one box of cream cheese.I wanted the frosting thick like a store bought cake. ;)

I used to love buttercream frosting on bakery made cakes and cupcakes. I could do without the cake and just eat the frosting. Is it like that?

Its a beautiful frosting.Like a dutch chocolate. I make a buttercream. i like this frosting better though. ;)

It looks wonderful, I am excited to make it for my family.  How many servings do you figure are in the 8 inch round cake, so I can figure proper serving sizes.  Thank you

I need this in a fix can i sub canola oil for the vegtable oil and chocolate syrup for the coffee sryup ?  I have everything in the kitchen to make it if I can sub those two things .

When making the frosting do you use chocolate syrup like the Walden's or Torani?

Either is fine.The coffee syrups are lighter Mimzy and make a lighter frosting.The walden farms syrups are heavier so use a little less.Let me know what you think. :)
