Thanks, guys! I actually lost my first five the week before starting FTS (via Atkins), for a grand total of 50lbs!
It feels great! Now, I'm getting back into my yoga practice and firming up this lovely new bod! :) I'm also determined to keep it off, so my old ways of eating are long gone. So thankful for all the awesome recipes on the recipe board (and of course, ya'll), to keep me enthusiastic and sugar free!
