Breakfast Recipes / Re: Delicious Low Carb “Oat Meal”
« on: June 11, 2015, 11:02:02 AM »
I just made this for breakfast, and it's pretty good. I love oatmeal, but alas, have to give it up to do low carb, this is a good replacement (it's filling too, so I will do 1/4 cup servings)

I made this recently in 3 mini springform pans and it was wonderful! Each pan was 2 or 3 servings depending on my mood that day

These sound wonderful. I don't have a food processor, but I think I could use my blender 👍

Yum! This sounds really good and easy!

Recipe from new cookbook in January
1 box sugarfree jello
1 8 oz block cream cheese (1/3 less fat Philadelphia is my favorite)
Fruit (optional)
Put cream  cheese  in bowl .
Add entire box jello.
Add one cup hot water.Beat with a mixer.
Add one cup cold water.Beat well until there are no clumps of cream cheese.
Pour into mini cheesecake pans(available at Walmart)
Refrigerate until firm about 2 hours.
**If you want to use fruit put it in the cheesecake pan before you pour in cheesecake batter*
This is a great recipes for kids! There are lots of flavors of sugarfree jello! ;)
