Not Morning but Checking in...Hope everyone is doing well...Hubby starts new job on Monday and tomorrow Im Off!!! Yipppeeee!!!...lol..Just thought I'd share..lol

I have so many wanting to buy FTS and choose this way of eating since the Before & After Pictures and I'm thrilled...If everyone only new how good you feel losing weight this way there would be no over weight people...Really!!!...I have had absolutely no stomach problems of any kind, :-\... so much energy some days I dont know what to do with myself..lol..And know what else I don't miss?..Eating till I felt full and bloated :P...Don't miss the going to bed every night beating myself up about another day of not starting a diet and promising to Start To Tomorrow :'(....Nope no more of that and it feels real, real good!!! ;D

Everyone have a wonderfull evening and off I go to do more reading... ::)

I'm starting FTS as soon as I get my book.  Doreen, I love your before and after pictures.  I need to lose about 50 lbs. to be healthy and get off BP meds and keep up with my 12 year old and have more energy overall. "Skinny Sue" is going to be my new nickname!
