Hey guys I know that I left quickly stress depression and addiction is a terrible thing . As you now when I had my teeth pulled I started with the bananas and then when I was fully addicted to carbs again I believed I could lose again with oatmeal and fruit like I did 20 years ago . That was really the only thing I really ate of of FTS . Although the cravings for crap was unbelievable so I would take a nibble of this and of that .
So much was happening to us in May hubbies hours were being cut we found out or sweet dog had cancer we lost him about 3 weeks ago . I tink the damn bananas made my depression worse WTH ?
The only good news is that I did not gain my weight back although when I left the forum I was still fighting the pounds I had gained from my vacation . So anyway I am back on FTS for real since Monday and I have put the scale away until Monday I am already feeling better .
