It was an FTS 4th at my house. We had a HUGE party, which is something I would have never done when I was heavier. I had Michelob Ultra (2.6 carbs per bottle) on hand for myself and Pink Velvet Cheesecake. I ran around as the hostess and fed everyone and kept them in drinks. There were peeps in the pool and hanging everywhere and I loved it. I used to be a hermit when I was heavier and I had forgotten how much I love to host people at the house. It was awesome and I stayed on track. :)

Pink Velvet Cheesecake is my obsession these days. Four carbs a slice and it's basically the berrylicious cheesecake recipe without the crust, berries, a little less stevia and some food coloring to make it pink. LOVE IT!

That's awesome, Sherri! I had some Michelob Ultra too. Sad day when I have to switch from my beloved Canadian Moosehead to Michelob, but oh well. Maybe someday ...
