If I had to do that job that would be like putting a crack addict in a van full of crack . You seem to be in a pretty strong place so it probably will not bother you . As far as delivering the sugar you need a job somebodys gonna deliver it might as well be you . It want stop you from telling people that you dont eat that bad bad food anymore !
Title: 5 rules to GUARANTEE success
Post by: Doug Varrieur on August 24, 2010, 09:31:40 AM
I agree with Gary and I've preached and practiced it for years...

5 rules to GUARANTEE weight loss (http://www.fattoskinny.com/) success[/shadow]

1- ONLY EAT WHEN YOU ARE TRULY HUNGRY
2- EAT A SMALL PORTION OF LOW SUGAR FOODS FROM THE FAT TO SKINNY BOOK
3- WAIT 15 MINUTES AND SEE HOW YOU FEEL
4- IF YOU'RE STILL HUNGRY AFTER 15 MINUTES EAT A LITTLE MORE AND WAIT ANOTHER 15 MINUTES
5- STAY UNDER 20 CARBS PER DAY....EVERY DAY, LESS IF YOU DON'T SEE MOVEMENT ON THE SCALE

Actually what I said was to stay as CLOSE to zero as possible for this week Jo... Start at zero and work your way up. You are one of those people who is very sensitive to sugar and I want to force your system into ketosis. If you want some veggies...eat some, but choose the absolute lowest count veggies off the list in the book. Skip the low carb wrap and replace it with a romaine lettuce leaf.... be strong, this is YOUR week to get the scale moving.

i poured a box of Rachel ray beef broth(0 carbs) into a pot, added 12 oz of "fresh" mozzarella cheese, some Worcester sauce, red pepper, garlic salt,& dry chives. in a pan i browned 1 lb of hot breakfast sausage, and then added it to the pot.......let simmer and i just ate a bowl:) and I'm guessing i have enough left for at least 4 more,so I'll probably be eating it for the next few days:)

note: a few weeks ago i made the same thing and added sauteed mushrooms:)
