This is my cornbread recipe I would like to know what you would add to this recipe to make it a cinnamon cake with cream cheese icing . It is for a birthday cake . I need what and how much to make it like a cake it has the cake texture also what goes in the cream cheese icing .

1/2 cup almond meal 6 carb
1/2 cup flax meal 0 carb
2 egg (mine are )0 carb
2Tbls heavy cream 0 carb
1/4 cup butter melted
1tsp baking powder
sweetner if desired
heat oil in iron skillet
preheat oven to 350
Pour batter in hoy skillet until brown on bottom ,dont take long then in oven for 15-20 min. Double recipe if you like thick cornbread we like thin so I may even go down to 1/4 cup next time . Put some butter on while hot MMMMMMMM .
