Today I am starting my commitment to a healthier lifestyle. I know from experience that FTS works and can make you happier, more energetic and healthier. I also know that having reverted back to my old habits I regained all the weight that I lost plus a few more pounds. I am very ashamed of this because FTS I believe is the cure for obesity. I am morbidly obese and want to lead a healthier lifestyle for the betterment of myself and my future. I could make excuses for myself but won't because I take full responsibility for my actions. I have decided to keep a food journal and write down everything that I eat, drink plenty of water and do some sort of exercise daily. I look forward to watching the pounds fall off. I am so greatful for all the love and support that this website offers and can't wait to meet my first goal of 50 pounds.

Thanks again everyone....I am so happy to be taking better care of myself. I am lucky that detox doesn't give me too hard of a time.

Welcome home, skychant!!! :) :) :) :) :) :)
I remember how well you were doing before you left. And I know you do too.
Remember that FTS is really about healing our bodies from years of carb abuse.
With that healing comes far improved health along with weight loss (http://www.fattoskinny.com/).
We're all right here to help you see that first 50 (and more) disappear until you're at final goal (and beyond).
You can do this, skychant! :) :) :)

Thank you Tony! You are proof that slow and steady wins the race....you are just about there because you have overcome your addiction and accept the benifits of the FTS lifestyle. They definately out weigh the alternative.

Thank you, skychant! :)
Slow and steady has been my theme.
But since I know this is pretty much how I'll eat for the rest of my days, it's just fine with me.
In the end, we all want to increase our "number of days", don't we? ;)
FTS can do that if we allow it!

I am all about quality of days. I just do not want to be fat when Jesus comes back to take his people to heaven.
