Hey, Doug! :)

I've made this before with the oven at 400 degrees and the kale was crispy and roasted quickly.
See; http://www.fattoskinny.net/index.php?topic=4479.msg45340#msg45340 (http://www.fattoskinny.net/index.php?topic=4479.msg45340#msg45340)

Is it less crunchy when baked at 350?
