I have one egg fried in olive oil and a slice of toast. I used to eat it with salsa but I switched to using just a dash of hot sauce. I usually hate breakfast food but I have been eating just an egg and toast for the past 6 months and love it. It is just enough to wake me up and keep me going until lunch and not to heavy in my stomach, not to mention how cheap it is.

That is a great idea. Do they refrigerate and re-heat well or are they only good right after you make them? I wonder if they would be good with tofu in them? You could substitute the mushrooms and scallions for about any of your favorite omelet toppings.

This is the same recipe I used to use for chicken dip except I used to add sour cream, cheese and chives. I also bake it at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. It is much better hot. Try out spicy garlic sauce instead of hot sauce.

This looks delicious, I love when my burgers have a little crunch to them. I have been trying to get my kids to eat a wider range of food and I know they will eat hamburgers. It looks a little spicy but very healthy. Thanks for the recipe.

There is no need to overload on B12. When you take large amounts of B12 it can act as an energy booster but it is not good to be taking that much everyday. I think you will be fine with your current pill 100% DV is the perfect amount.
