Yes... Being a sugar alcohol, xylitol can cause stall outs.

You are 100% correct. We developed FAT TO SKINNY Zero Sweetener for those exact reasons. It is liquid splenda and will not effect your blood sugar because its free from Dextrose and Maltodextrin both of witch are found in the granular version.

I stopped consuming maltitol and sorbitol due to tummy distress also like umpa so we're using at home Stevia.
