That's cool! Looks like a blast! We only get to ride in the desert HOT! I have a VTX 1800 and a XL 500 along with dad's Harley he's giving to me. He is getting up in years and I told him I worry about him out on the bike. So he said to come get the bike ;D.

What kind of Harley is it Phil? I just sold my harley a couple years ago.I had a 1980 FXE Shovelhead.I loved it!!I used to own and operate a Harley shop so I have owned alot of Harleys! 8)

Good morning Miss Umpa ;D
The Harley is a 2004 FXST red with flat front tire ::) Time to hit the wrench's. I want to build a old retro style with a springer front end kinda thingy with a six speed trany and a 110 ci motor some day ::). I saw a old 1948 Indian the other day and fell in Love it had a springer front huge seat and a huge rear fender. It was very cool!

Good evening Mr Phil! i love the old indians! They are a labor of love!Parts are tough to find sometimes.I love the old Nortons too!On the indian did it have the rear fender that hangs low? I like the springers too, but boy are they stiff! You can get them pretty cheap though.Check this out. This is what dads Harley would look like with a springer. Not a chopper but sharp!I would put a solo seat and wide fender with a car tire on rear.

How about it Phil, gotta love a guy chick :)

I thought you were at the Wharf in San Franscisco eating crab Dougie!

I hear ya Doug my wife is the same way, she rocks. Hope your enjoying the crabs Mr. Doug ;D
Yes Umpa I love the looks of the springer front end always have. I'm not a big chopper fan. Used to live across from the Arlin Ness shop in Dublin Ca. he has some sweet bikes. I'm a fan of simple plain ole lookin bikes don't care much for Easter egg looking paint schemes :P Just love motorcycles.!

I don't like the stretched skinny bikes either.I think a Harley should look like a hog! Low and wide! I like comfort not style! ;D
