Umpa McMuffins

So I made the umpa mcmuffins in the new bakery book. Umpas looked golden brown and crispy and SO wonderful. Mine turned out like little poop piles and they dont taste much better. I followed the recipe exactly so Im not sure what happened but I need help!!!!  :'(

Beebs try the biscuit recipe I posted it is like very easy . I am like you have I have a hard time cooking !
 After seeing the Bakery book I want to live with Umpa and Doug even more ! ;D

My mum says she wont make it and she doesnt understand what I did wrong. Im not gifted with breads at ALL. Breads and gravys kill me. Bleh.
