Doug this is really cool to follow. I have the page bookmarked ;)
I was just wondering though, at first I was thinking the dessert you have listed was the one minute muffin until I saw that it didn't have any flax or almond meal. Is it meant to be made as written? I might need to add yet another variation of chocolate cake to my cookbook ....yummmm

How cool for you Doug. Just add another thing "to do" to your list LOL. What a great recipe. Good thing I'm not hungry right now.

how can i get a weight loss (http://www.fattoskinny.com/) ticker
-
Hi Dotmahl.... welcome to the forum! :) To get a ticker just click on one in anyone else's post and it will take you to the site. You should see a place to create your own ;) Hope this helps
-
toosweet, it says to cut and paste. where do i paste it?
thanks for the help.
-
No problem. :) Once you cut it....open your profile page and paste it in your signature box. Here is the post where Doug explains how as well as posting your avatar picture. http://www.fattoskinny.net/index.php?topic=46.0 (http://www.fattoskinny.net/index.php?topic=46.0)
TICKERS: When you click on anyone's ticker, it takes you to the tickerfactory.com website where you can customize your own. At the bottom of the first page you click to save & continue to the next page. At the end make sure to choose "DARK" as the backround option so your info shows up on our pages. When you're finished, scroll down to the bottom & look for the "BB" (bulletin board) code. Copy the whole thing & paste it into the signature box of your profile. To open & edit your profile, click on your screen name, or on "PROFILE" in the band above this message window to the left. Look for "Modify Profile" in the menu on the left and click on "Forum Profile Information". Scroll down to your signature box and paste the TICKER info. After you're finished, scroll down to the bottom right & click the "Change profile" button.

Yes, the choc mug cake recipe is cooked as written, very fudgey :) It's the first recipe in the dessert section on page 258 in the new FTS book.
-
when i go to signature box, it will not paste in

LOL I totally missed that Doug thanks ;)

Dot are you sure you have copied or cut to your clipboard from the ticker website? If you have it copied or cut you should be able to right click in the signature box and find a paste option. If it isn't copied it won't give you that option.
-
thanks toosweet, i see it, but i don't know if its right
-
Looks great!! I see a few extras in there but you did good...LOL I love the puppy ;) And you are welcome...any time :)
-
Yeah Dot! :D
-
Hi Doug! :)
Went to the body checklist link and looked at the recipes... AWESOME! :) :) :)
One question though, in the pork chop recipe, the egg wash ingredients are listed as "beaten egg with a little milk".
Since cow's milk is high in lactose (milk sugar), should it say;
"beaten egg with a little almond milk"
or "beaten egg with a little coconut milk"
or "beaten egg with a little heavy cream"?
Just checkin'. :)
-
On no he didn't! :D :D :D
He will fix it ;) thanks Tony
-
You're quite welcome, Umpa. ;D
Just want to avoid any confusion, especially for our newbies.
-
I just noticed that body checklist partners with Star 101.5 FM in Seattle.
That station is a VERY popular station in Western Washington!... Too cool!!! 8) 8) 8) 8)
