Kinda random but I have a friend who has been begging me to cook Low Carb for her. I finally said I would soooooo I prepare seven dinners for her every week that are ready to eat and explained to her what to eat for bfast and lunch options. She lost 7 pounds the 1st week and says she already feels better and sleeps better! She comes from a beans & rice & low fat mentality so it's going to be interesting. I told her that I won't argue with her EVER about nutrition but if she does what I tell her to do she WILL lose weight (http://www.fattoskinny.com/) and turn her health issues around. Hope she sticks with it! A side bonus is I'm getting paid to cook for her :)
I hope everyone has a wonderful and blessed day!

Sounds YUMMY! Good, healthy food and you lose weight (http://www.fattoskinny.com/) PLUS she doesn't have to cook it. Sounds like a win, win to me. ;)

Wow, Kim!... With food like that, what's not to like! :) :) :)
I'll bet she's in 7th Heaven every time she sits down to one of your meals.
We do eat VERY, VERY well the FTS way, don't we? ;)

I have been going through menopause for 3 years .My doctor keeps saying it will end but not yet.I am 48 and still cycle every 28 days like clockwork :D
-
I was like clockwork until last year, right before I turned 53. It was every 3 months now it's been 6 months since I had one. I have lots of heat rippling through my body various times of day & night and I'm more sensitive to movies and temperatures now.
Oops this is not the Girls message board, lol, oh well.

Don't give it a second thought, Susie! :)
We are all aware of how the "change of life" can effect the ladies.
In fact, I think many men go through a much milder version of it.
And like women, the effects and intensity will vary from person to person.
About 10 years ago, I went through a phase where I had trouble regulating my comfort with changing temperatures.
And I remember occasionally getting uncomfortable "flashes".
However, I don't think the vast majority of men get it anywhere near as intensely as the majority of women.
