You can totally do it! If I can do it anyone can and I can't exercise due to an ankle issue. Also I think I'm pretty much in love with Reddi-Whip and I am still losing 5-6 pounds a week. Hang in there and it will all come off.

I thought of pulling the cheese off and eating only the toppings but I just didn't want to get any hidden sugar. I have been trying so hard I just didn't want to screw it up. Thankfully they ate most of it and took the rest into work. :)

There are so many things you could have that have little or no carbs. I am addicted to tuna right now. The good albacore has no carbs or sugar, mix a little mayo and some bacon bits, some crispy lettuce and I am a happy camper. Don't give in...you can do it! Next year at this time we will all be thin and gorgeous and wondering how we ever ate all the junk we use too.  :)

My husband has some work associates over and they all decided to order pizza, but not just any pizza my very favorite in the whole world. Although my husband knows we aren't doing carbs he didn't say anything to them. So they ordered THREE HUGE New York style pizza's with all the trimmings. I am sitting here at my computer DYING because it smells SO GOOD. I don't know if I am going to make it through this one!!!! HELP!!!

I just found them online. They are selling them at the low carb stores too. I hope it's legit because they are fantastic.

Speaking of bread, I found these amazing Pitas at walmart that only have 4 net carbs and they are WONDERFUL. They are called Josephs Heart Friendly Oat Bran pitas. They are so good that even if I wasn't watching my carbs I would still use them.

Sorry for the delay in replying. First it was Easter than my family all flew out to Florida to see us. We just relocated to Florida a few months ago and it seems everyone wants to stay with us and hit Disneyworld. Anyway..I love that you can do a snickerdoodle recipe.

My Snickerdoodles:
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

They are amazing and soft and YUMMY!

By the way I did go with my new eating plan even at Disney! I have gone down a WHOLE pant size in 19 days! Imagine what I can do in six months :)

Hi Joanne,

I just started the diet last week so I am real newbie at it. I too am a late night snacker.  I enjoy a snack at night so what I did was substitute my sugary snacks with peanuts. I went even further and bought a bag of raw peanuts and roast them myself. They taste amazing right out of the oven. Then I bag them up into little baggies and stick them in the pantry so it's easy to grab a bag when you feel snackish and not overindulge. I also pack them in my son's lunches instead of chips to save on his sugar intake.

I was never really a big peanut person but I love peanut butter cookies and when they are roasting they smell just the same. Give it a try!

I am hosting Easter dinner tomorrow and I am having a wine dilemma. I have to have some here for everyone for dinner and I would love to be able to have a glass as well. Is there a wine that is okay for us to drink?

Oh Sherri you are too sweet :)

I love snickerdoodles! If you could figure out a recipe for that I would be very grateful.
