The third book in the Soulmate Triliogy will be out hopefully by April. :)

*Shameful plug* http://www.amazon.com/Sherri-Ann-Smith/e/B009G5C0SU

I am working on a book now with my son that will be out in  in January. It's a book for middle-schoolers in the feel of Diary of a Whimpy Kid. I'm really excited about it and my son is doing the illustrations.

As for haunted house..oh my gosh it was SO haunted. It was a huge old three story house in Massachusetts. Lights went on and off, doors slammed (all of them at once), you would see people on the stairs that weren't there. My son was a year old and would visit over at my Mom's and ask her why her shadows didn't talk. AHHH!!

Yes Umpa it's part two...Sadie and Sebastian get hitched in the theme of Shades of Gray. Not for kids if you know what I mean.  ;D

It's exclusively at Amazon, will be in all major stores in January. :)

Pvonishere I get what you're saying, I was you. I could eat 250 calories a day and never lose weight, not like other people. My body and probably yours too, is super sensitive to carbs. I can eat carbs and balloon up. It's tragic but it's the way it is. I also am not a cook, I hate cooking...if it can't be ready to eat or nuked then count me out. I do alot of quick foods. Ham and cheese roll ups, cheese sticks, vienna sausages, eggs, and you have to get the low carb pitas...they make life SO easy. Keep the good, easy stuff around and eat when you're hungry and you'll do great. I also eat out quite a bit. It's so easy, just ask questions when you're ordering. Make sure things don't have flour added to sauces or sugars on lettuce. You would not believe how many restaurants toss sugar in their salads! Just take it slow and be smart. Within two weeks of staying on it everyday, all those cravings for the wrong stuff will go away. You will be in control of your eating like you never have before.

Hi Morgan, I suggest you start from 0 carbs and work your way up. Try to stay as close to zero carbs for a full week and lets see if we can knock you out of this plateau. Here's a sample menu for you to try

Breakfast- meat and eggs

Lunch- cheeseburger wrapped in ice burg lettuce, pork rinds on the side

Dinner- Protein and greens

No sweets this week, no bread of any kind this week, no diet sodas...lets see how you make out  ;)

Above is exactly what I did when I restarted and it really works. I am a SF candy addict. Once I took all the sugar alcohols out of my diet the weight just comes off. Good luck!! :)

Product Reviews / Re: Land-O-Lakes Whipped Cream
« on: October 19, 2012, 09:47:20 AM »
At $4.50 a can I walked away from the pre-made squirters and now whip up my own. Whipping cream quadruples in bulk when you whip it with a hand beater so 1/4 cup of cream makes a full cup of whipped cream in about 3 minutes. I sweeten it with a couple drops of zero after it stiffens up. The cool part is the whipped cram stays stiff in the fridge covered for a couple of days. Last week Umpa made a cheescake and I mixed a tablespoon of Fifty50 Raspberry jam into 1/2 cup of whipped cream to spread on top...it was delicious!  ;)

I think I speak for all of us when I say..."WHEN CAN WE COME OVER!!"   ;D ;D ;D ;D

Between that and the baked Zita we all want to move in!
