Subject: Miracle Noodles in Whole Foods Florida

Dear Sherri,

This is Jonathan, President of Miracle Noodle. We
know our shipping is expensive due to the weight
so we have been trying to get into as many stores
as possible over the last year.

This Friday, our product goes for formal review
before the buyers at Whole Foods in Florida.

I think we have a very good chance of being accepted
but it is really you that can tip the scales in our favor.
They value highly customers coming in and asking for it as
a way for them to decide to stock it.

Would you consider going to your local Whole Foods
and asking the dairy manager (that is the category
we will be in) if they could stock Miracle Noodles?
You would be helping us so much that I would be eternally
grateful.

Do you shop at Whole Foods?  If so, which one do you shop
at?  Would you say it is a good store?

Regards,

Jonathan

General Discussion / Meet Annie
« on: February 27, 2011, 09:22:03 AM »
Hi,
I sent a message to Doug and he said that maybe you could help me.  I am very intolerant to dairy, including eggs, gluten and have to be very careful about how much and what types of raw veggies to eat.  I had major intestinal surgeries as a teenager, only have half of large and small left and have struggled my entire life (I am 56) with food combining and my weight. I especially need help with breakfast foods. I am very discouraged....I had lost 40 lbs on WW but have gained it back this past year. My 1st grandchild was just born and I want to be in alot better health to see him grow up.
I am 5'4" and weigh 210 lbs. I am so uncomfortable with myself.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you so much for your time,
Annie

Annie you are not alone. There are several people on the forum with your same issues(and they are vegetarians too) We can help you.We will need you to post a list of foods you can eat and then we will work on geting some recipes together for you.

The best replacement I have found is dixie diner corn muffin mix.Make it like cornbread. Then take 1/2 out of the pan and mix with 1/4 cup onions,1/4 cup celery, 2 tsp poultry seasoning, 1 tsp sage, and chicken stock to moisten about 1/2 cup. Then bake at 35 for 2o minutes.
This is just like cornbread stuffing.Dixie Diner makes a stuffing mix but this is 100% better Beebs.Don't use it to stuff a bird though because it won't stand up.  By the way the cornbread by itself is awesome.I also use the cornmeal right out of the package for frying fish.Just mix it 50-50with soy flour .Put the fish in egg then put it in the coating and fry.
