Dish Pizza Quiche

4 oz Soft cream cheese
3 eggs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup Heavy cream
1/2 tsp oregano
2 cup shredded Cheese Mozzarella
1/4 cup Pasta Sauce

Topping
1 cup shredded mozzarella
toppings

Preheat 375 spray 13x9 casserole dish
Beat cream cheese & eggs till smooth add heavy cream ,Parmesan & spices . Put the 2 cups of cheese in the casserole dish then pour the egg mixture over the cheese kind of squish . Bake for 25-30 minutes or until brown . Remove from ovenand cool then spread the sauce ,then the cheese and whatever toppings you want .
Carb counts will be different because of your toppins,cheese,and sauce .I had hamburger /red onions.green peppers.
Put it is very very good . I ate it for supper and had leftovers .
mine was 6 servings -4 carbs
              4 servings -6 carbs

Top this off with thinly sliced red bell pepper and pepperoni.....YUMMY!

I did. But only once.

We were at a friend's house. And our host decided to overdo the anchovies.
And I mean WAY OVERDO!  That pizza was completely smothered in them! :P
The end product was a salty fiasco.  But we were gracious and just declined 2nd slices. ::)
