Made up my own Sugar Free Raspberry Vinaigrette and wow did it take away all the bitterness of the chard, bok choy & spinach in my salad, as well as bring out the flavor of the strawberries. It's such a simple recipe!
Susie's Sugar Free Raspberry Vinaigrette
Serves 1, 0 carbs
1 tbsp light olive oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (mine is from 99¢ store)
1 tsp Sugar-Free Raspberry Syrup (mine is an old bottle of Atkins, forgot where I got it, lol)
Mix in small container. Drizzle over salad. I used two plastic bowls and placed one over the other and gently shook it. took off top bowl & voila! Delicious greens.
Make some candied nuts with zero sweet, add some strawberries and your dark green and/or spinach salad will be amazing!

Thanks Umpa. Mary & I will be having this everyday until the spinach is gone. My 3 bags of mixed greens are all gone. Have 2 bags spinach left. We got some amazing greens from the food bank lately and have been eating them up!
