Title: xylitol
Post by: morgan on April 16, 2013, 07:45:08 AM
I realise that xylitol is a natural product, zero carbs. Is it a sugar alcohol, and as such would it make a weight loss (http://www.fattoskinny.com/) stall - should it be avoided?

Xylitol is self regulating, if you eat too much of it  ;) It is a natural sugar alcohol. I only use Zero .No belly issues.I think as long as you are not overdoing it  you will be okay. Its also wicked good for your teeth ;D

Hi Morgan, some people are sensitive to sugar alcohols and as I state in the book SA's are the first thing to go when you experience a stall. If you bare sensitive to SA's you can avoid the problem entirely by switching to FTS Zero...free shipping to Australia  ::)
