Can someone tell me how to upload photos to my profile?

I'm new and trying to learn the basics as well as how to get around on this site. I can't figure out how to upload a photo/photos to my profile.

Hey, I just remembered that Doug gave GREAT directions on how to use the forum.  Go to the home page and click on "How to register and use this forum"  then click on "How to add avatars and tickers"   You have to have 10 posts before it will let you add your picture.   You are almost there!!   ;)
