No more "Banna" for you  :o Banana's are loaded with fructose.....stick with strawberries, blackberries and raspberries for your fruits.

Hi SKINNY! :)

Before FTS came into my life, I could not start my day without a large banana and a couple of cookies.
I got into this habit because some of the medications I was taking (like Metformin for high blood sugar) had to be taken with food.

There I was every morning flooding my blood system with sugar and, at the same time, taking medication to reduce it!
How dumb is that! ::) That' like trying to get rid of a headache by hitting one's head with a hammer!

Needless to say, "bannas" are no longer a part of my life! ;)
What you do today is what matters!

THANKS UMPA, U GUYS REALLY DO CARE.                       i have not had another banana since 8/22, i think i lost wt,by simply eliminating those bananas, they were so easy, and then i remember, anything worthwhile, usually is not easy, but worth it.
