Speaking as a mother of three who let her children live through their teenage years,giving sugar to teenagers is like giving a hand grenade to a baby with the pin pulled!All my kids are grown and gone , and I say God bless the child that owns their own home!!!Cause they aren't coming back to yours!hehehehehe ;D

How did you do that?  Mine kids have left and come back a few times.  At least my daughter just came back with a puppy and not a slew of kids!
