I had to do that happy dance today, ;D ;D ;D as I got a blue jean dress out of my closet that had been too tight to wear and put it on to find it is actually loose now!  I was amazed, as I had felt a little discouraged lately. So made me so  happy!!!!  I called it another 'pearl' in my strand along this weight loss journey I am on. Just wanted to share it with you all.  Keep praying for  ya all!

That's cool, Rosie! :)

In the future, when you're feeling down or discouraged about your progress, remember moments like this.
It's one of the blessings the Lord expects you to count. ;)

Also, ask yourself this... Did I adopt the FTS lifestyle to see a number get smaller in a box sitting on the floor?
Or, did I do it so I would get smaller and healthier?

Remember the answer to that question the next time a feeling of discouragement comes along.
And never forget to count your blessings!!!

That is GREAT!   A couple months back, I found a pair of awesome black Liz Claiborne jeans for $6 at my local consignment shop.  I could get them buttoned, but they were too tight to wear out in public.  Well, this past Friday I thought I'd give them a try for casual day at the office.  I waited too long!  ....they were BIG in the waist!   I was happy....and wore them anyway!   ;D
