If you are new, simply click on "Register" above, and then fill out the information required. Next, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on "I Agree", and then click on "Register".
This forum has a SPAM filter installed designed to block registrations from spammers. If you get blocked and you're not a spammer which happens once in a while please e mail me at DougVarrieur@FATtoSKINNY.com and I'll get you straightened out :)
Once you have registered, simply go to the message-boards homepage to find the topic you would like to browse, find the topic you would like to respond to or start a new topic of your own.
