I been watching the salt, and trying to drink more water. I also, bought a deep fryer
and have been making flax seeded coated fish, and chicken .

We just had deep fried shrimp and black tip shark last night with eggplant french fries.Super Yummy! Doug lightened up the pork rinds wit oat fiber.Gave the fish a nutty flavor. ;)
