Got the new book !!

Doug love the book & cd !!! ANd all the girls & boys from the forum look so pretty !!!!!
I think that Jan 1st I will weigh and put the scale away until Feb 1st . That scale has messed me up this month .

Tylers weight is down to 160 now !!!

Jo kiss Tyler for me and hand him your scale and put him in charge of your monthly weigh ins,do it together.Tell him I said to hide it from you!  :)
