Hello everyone. My name is Alex and I am a newbie. I just bought the cookbook and I am waiting for my book to arrive. I have struggled most of life with weight and its just really frustrating. My husband loves me for me, but I need to make the change for health reasons and because I do want to look better.
Ive heard and read good things about this program and so here I am.. I think its great that it also has this support group. What a plus..

Good luck to you it really does make you feel good ,I started 2 weeks ago I have lost 5 LBS & 5 Inchs . I feel so much better you will too.
