I was looking to buy the cookbook but don't see a hardcover version?  Am I just missing it or is it only available as a download?

Currently only available as a download, 368 pages of yummy full color goodness :) It's printable, if you print it be sure to choose two pages per sheet of paper to cut the printing in half or take it to Kinkos on CD and they can print it double sided......me, I just print one page at a time as I need it.

Doug, Please let me know when the cookbook is on the market!  I want to buy my copy asap!  My printed copy is not in color and I really prefer having a hard copy.  Thanks and have a great day!

Yes, but see if they can print it on both sides of the paper to cut down on the total sheets. Have fun!  8)
