mashed potatoes

When we make our "mashed potatoes" ie: that wonderful caulifower concoction, they taste GREAT...but are really runny...what am I doing wrong??? Help! Thank you!

Welcome back Zombiegirl!! :)
If your mashed cauli are runny you are not letting them cool before processing(Pouring ice water over after boiling works) or you are adding too much liquid.
How are you doing?

I am doing okay Umpa, thanks for asking! It has been a long hard road this past year, but I am back and ready to lose the rest of this weight! yay!
