I put it in the micro for just a bit dont want it raw or mushy .

Question about the heavy cream? I know you said it's 0 carbs, but I'm haveing a hard time believing that butter or cream could be low carbs?

joagain:
Heavy cream and butter are both 0 carbs !! They have fat but no carbs and we dont worry about the fat not too much anyway .
