Doesn't it just feel wonderful to feel and see those pounds disappear!!!  I hit a landmark for me too this morning.  I reached my 2nd 10 pound goal, a total of 20 pounds gone now YIPPPEEE.  I'm taking it 10 pounds at time LOL.

You'll find that living the FTS lifestyle gets better and better all the time!

Clothes you thought you'd never wear again, suddenly fit! :)
You get unexpected complements from folks you haven't seen in a while! :)
You find you have more and more energy as time goes by! :)
And, at least in my case, you begin to feel like you're growing YOUNGER!!! :) :) :)

FTS is a God send and a miracle!!!

Thanks Tony!!  Yep you are totally correct.  This 20 pounds has expanded my wardrobe.  Clothes I had that I kept thinking one day I might wear them are still in my closet.  And now I can wear lots of them.  A few items still need that few "extra" pounds to disappear but getting closer.

And my energy level totally rocks!
