B: 2 eggs, 2 links of turkey sausage, little bit of onion, little bit of shredded cheese, all scrambled together
L: grilled shrimp with melted cheese
snack: brownie from the FTS bakery book (SOOOO GOOD!) See pics on my fb page!

Hi owensmath; When you make chicken tenders with flaxmeal, what spices do you add? Sounds like a great idea!

I usually just grab stuff like garlic powder, sea salt, pepper, a touch of cayenne pepper, onion powder, dried parsley, etc.... not all of those at once, but any combination works.
