Hi mmcooks1234! :)
Do you exercise at all?
If not, your metabolism may need the daily "jump starts" that exercise provides.
Start out with short walks of about 15 minutes every day.
And each week (or so), add 5 minutes to that until you reach 60 (or more) minutes per day.
If you have a hectic schedule, do your walks early in the morning before you eat anything.
In order for walking to be effective, walk like you have somewhere you need to be very soon.
You don't need to run or jog... Just walk with purpose!

Pork rinds are gross how can you guys eat those :Pblah! :P
-
Hi Everyone, I don't eat pork... would you suggest a low-carb substitute for pork rinds.. ..Thanks... Refund :)

If you are looking for something to replace a "chip" I use pickled asparagus. It gives you a crunch to eat with sandwich and lots of flavor. I have always thought you couldn't eat a sandwich with out a chip!

The cheese crisps work great to ;)

soy crisps are great, too...
I have tried several brands including Genisoy, Glennys, and Whole foods' brand.
