Title: At the beach

Wow Doug,at the same beach we were at last year. Last year my wife wanted me to walk  on the beach with her and I couldn't make it over about 500 yards, we just got back to the beach house after a 4 mile walk on the beach. Doug you just don't know how much you are changing my life. Thanks

Last time my wife and I were at Cabo San Lucas, walking on sand knocked my wind out after about 50 yards! :o
Now, I can go, and go, and go barely breaking a sweat even on a hot day! :)

BTW, that picture of my face (in my avatar) is from a picture taken on our last visit there a couple years ago.

What a difference life can be when we drop that weight off our bones  :o I'm proud to have been a positive force in your life Richard as you now are in many others lives  ;)
