breakfast on the go
« on: April 06, 2014, 05:47:56 PM »
Help. I am trying to eat better breakfasts and I am on the go. Need an easy carb free breakfast that can be eaten at my desk. I was eating oatmeal till I saw how much carbs and sugar was in one packet.

Hi Cara, my FAV desk breakfasts are hard boiled eggs, a few slices of ham and a couple cheese sticks. Amazing how fast your hunger will disappear. Buy one of these;

I also don't believe breakfast needs to be breakfast :) Many mornings I'll have brunch. Leftovers from the night before. Is there a microwave at the office? Easy, Peasy heat ups  8)

One minute muffins in the microwave are terrific! A little sugar free syrup and BAM you're eating french toast.
