Title: LOW CARB Non Dairy Holiday Eggnog from FAT TO SKINNY

Here's a delicious recipe I whipped up this morning! Happy Thanksgiving!

FAT TO SKINNY Low Carb non dairy Egg Nog

Ingredients

2 large eggs separated
18 drops FAT TO SKINNY Zero Sweetener
1 1/2 unsweetened vanilla almond milk
3/4 cup spiced rum (I used Barcardi)
Nutmeg

Directions

1- In a bowl beat the egg yolks till lightened
2- Pour in the almond milk and whip 2 or 3 minutes
3- Pour in the rum and whip 1 minute
4- Beat the egg whites till stiff
5- Gently whip the egg whites into the mixture till incorporated
6- Pour into cups and top with ground nutmeg

I add cream to mine. Other than that, same recipe.
