Well, today it's my first day out 21 daysof fasting.. I've given up meat and not eating between sun-up and sundown. Tonight's dinner will be salad with Olive oil sand vinegar dressing, cauli rice with cheese and butter and shrimp/ scallops cooked in butter with herbs.. share your menu 😄

My menu was bacon and eggs for breakfast, rotisserie chicken for lunch, and boneless pork ribs for supper. I made a low carb bbq sauce with low sugar ketchup, Louisiana hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sugar free syrup and garlic olive oil. Temp got up to 26 today. Fine grilling weather. Life is good!

Yum. I may have to borrow that recipe. It's awesome weather for grilling.. well at least it is for Florida.
