My name is Julien, I am a french guy who just lost 62kg (140kg to around 78kg). Recently I am back on dating sites as a "normal" guy and not a fat guy anymore.
How do you do it I still feel like the same guy, I have zero confidence and I am scared that a girl would laugh at me even though I go to the gym, I put on muscles and everything...
Any tips ? Advice ?
