It's a load of crap designed to drive web traffic to heath.com the web site who sponsored this VERY controversial article. Another tug at the carb heart strings!

Oh that kind of article irks me! If that was true I would have been the skinniest person in the world. RIDICULOUS!

This article was written by a so-called "health" website that subscribes to the USDA's food pyramid... Which we know is the key to becoming and staying FAT!

Obvious written by someone with a marketing background, it's all pure bullpuky!!!

If you dig a bit, you'll find that it leads you to a CarbLovers Diet book.
Somebody else trying to profit from misinformation!

My mom sent me the Carb Lovers Diet book and I still haven't opened it.  Anything or anyone that tells me I can eat carbs and lose weight (http://www.fattoskinny.com/) is out of their mind, considering I have indulged in carbs for 34 years and still have a weight issue.
