How many carbs (net carb) in a tablet of Fiber Tabs -- active ingredient is calcium polycarbophil (625 mg equivalent to 500 mg polycarbophil).....got them from Costco -- they are Kirkland brand.

Everywhere I look on-line Elizabeth it tells me they are just fiber carbs.  I'm thinking that is probably correct and you can count them as 0 net carbs.  Maybe someone here is more familiar with this brand though  :)

It's the generic equivalent of Fibercon.

They are 140 mg calcium and 10 mg magnesium no carbs ;)
