Big Tex sent me his "in progress" pics last night and the changes are dramatic! Congratulations Tex, now down 60 pounds  8)

Umpa...we are in LOVE with this big guy.  He's so sweet.  Already "thinking" about getting one more so Madison and I can ride together.  Right now, one rides the horse & one rides the golf cart.  He's not scared of the golf cart....so it just works out.  ha ha

Thanks guys!!! I do feel so much better, I look back and think wow I cant believe I let myself get that big. all of you have been such a big help I've come to love and appreciate each and every one of you I wouldn't be here now if it wasn't for this great family!!! I have passed along the information here to several friends and some I just meet, I keep the before pic in my phone to show everyone my progress and as a reminder to myself. I have been trying to help a friend and her family and she's finally joined the forum and ordered Doug's book and is amazed how she doesn't eat as much now and isn't as hungry her name is "SherryB" shes is doing great so far I'm very proud of her!!!  ;D ;D ;D love you guys and please don't stop you guys are great!!


oh and Maddysmom I almost died when I read your post; being half asleep it took me a moment to realize you weren't talkin about me  ;) ;) though I'm not afraid of golf carts either ha ha ha ;D ;D ;D

oh and by the way if you look close at recent pic  ;) I have ears again ;D ;D ;D used to not be able to see them from lookin straight ahead ;D ;D ;D ::) ::)
